Catherine Correa, from Colombia, began training in classical ballet as a child. Her professional career began as a teenager in Bogota and in NYC has performed with several choreographers in multimedia and physical theater. She has been seen in New Stage Theater Company productions and was nominated for an IT Award as best actress in a featured role in "Oh Those Beautiful Weimar Girls!"

Jamie Harrison is a lover of all forms of dance. She began her career as a dancer in the Green Mountain Youth Ballet and currently appears with the Gehring Dancetheatre, headquartered in NYC. Jamie has extensive training in many dance forms, including ballroom, salsa, argentine tango, swing, west coast swing, and hip hop.

Mariana Parma has appeared in dance festivals around the world, and was First Place Winner in the 2nd Annual USA Tango Salon Championship, 2008. She has also appeared in shows and movies, and had the pleasure of coaching Chita Rivera on her Tango in "Venecia", directed by Arthur Laurents and performed at the George Street Playhouse. Mariana is teaching at the Dance Manhattan studio.

David Ponce, Argentinian actor/director/professor, is a graduate of the National University of Cuyo (UNC). He has appeared on stage and films in Argentina, Cuba, Puerto Rico, and New York, where he was award the "2009 Latin ACE Award for Best Actor in a Drama" and the "2009 HOLA" (Hispanic Org. of Latin Actors) Award for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor" for his appearance in the play "Requiem por Yarini."

Maria de Puy Navarro (co-director), originally from Spain and a New York resident since 1999, is a member of Teatro del Repertorio Espanol, where she appears in that company's many productions. A graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts , she has also produced many shows, including the Spanish classic "La Vida es Sueno" at the Dag Hammarskjold Theater at the UN on December 10, 2007 (Human Rights Day), and festivals and theaters in Spain, France, Japan and Cuba.

Orlando Reyes Ibarra has danced and taught for more than ten years with his partner Adriana Salgado Neira. Both studied in their native Colombia and have appeared on international stages from Dubai to Aruba. Their dancing, described as "energetic, precise and passionate" have won them recognition with awards at home and as semifinalist in the 3rd Tango World Championship in Buenos Aires. Orlando is teaching at the DanceSport studio.

Cecilia Saia, from Buenos Aires, will be remembered as a member of the original groundbreaking shows Forever Tango and Tango Pasion. Also a member of the Julio Bocca Company and Sexteto Mayor, Saia has performed at major venues around the world. Now a New Yorker, Cecilia headed the famed Tango program at DanceSport NY, where Al Pacino studied for his famous "Scent of a Woman" tango scene. Cecilia is teaching at the Dance Manhattan studio.

Adriana Salgado Neira studied Tango in Buenos Aires, and she and partner Orlando Reyes Ibarra were semifinalist in the 2005 III Tango World Championship in Buenos Aires, representing their home country of Colombia. The couple also directed Bogota's first Tango Company, "Enamoratango" and in 2006 were named one of the best representative couples of Colombia by "Corporacion Nacional de Danza". Adriana is teaching at the DanceSport studio.

Andy Shulman has appeared in NYC with the South Wing, Innocent Theater, and Keen companies. Regionally he has performed with groups around the country, including the Orlando and Colorado Shakespeare Festivals, Vineyard (on Martha's Vineyard), and Boston's Beau Jest Moving Theater.

Valeria Solomonoff (creator, director). The tango performances and choreographies of Argentine native Solomonoff have been highly praised by publications as diverse as The New York Times and Die Tageszeitung. Now based in New York, Solomonoff has appeared in films, Off-Broadway productions, and TV along with some of the world's leading male tango dancers. Her theatrical production Tango Intimo debuted in 2007 at New York 's Repertorio Espanol and was nominated for an ACE award in 2009. Valeria is teaching at the Dance Manhattan studio.

Jennifer Wesnousky studied gymnastics, ballet and jazz in her native California, but when she moved to NY and discovered Tango, it was love at first sight. She studied with Tango masters in NYC and Buenos Aires and now performs and teaches at milongas and schools in the U.S. and Israel, and at such events as Lincoln Center's Midsummer Night Swing, the NY Tango Festival and at the Beacon Theatre. Jennifer is teaching at the DanceSport studio.
